Target audience & Prerequisites:
Word processing is the use of computers to create, revise, and save documents for printing and future retrieval. This course is the first in a series of three Microsoft® Office Word 2007 courses. It will provide you with the basic concepts required to produce basic business documents. Participants must have basic knowledge of the Windows environment, keyboard and mouse operations.

Learning objectives:
Upon completion of the course, you will be comfortable creating, saving, opening and printing documents. You will learn to use basic editing tools such as alignment, text formatting and special effects. You will become familiar with page setup, tabs, indents, line spacing and error-checking as well as how to create, modify and edit Tables.
