Dear CompuEase,
I am writing
to commend your company and your staff on an exceptionally
well administered course in Microsoft Access 2000 in which I
took part on Thursday and Friday of last week. This has
been my second experience with CompuEase and
as I recall, my extreme level of satisfaction this time was
comparable to that of the first.
From the minute I arrived
at your office I was made to feel comfortable and at ease
(oops! No pun intended!). Creating this sort of atmosphere
is an invaluable skill in the learning industry and you have
managed to do it with incomparable style.
The course content and material were user friendly and
clearly presented. At no time over the two-day period did I
find myself struggling, pressured or bored. On the
contrary, I felt that I was on a very comfortable, steady
learning curve which I believe was a result of a well
designed course with an even balance of instruction,
demonstration, and group as well as individual work. Mona,
our instructor was well spoken, professional, knowledgeable
and patient, The latter I believe is pertinent to the
success of any instructor's ability to instil learning at
any level.
And so, in closing I just
thought you guys were great and I wanted to tell you so
I look forward to my next course at CompuEase.
Thanks again!

To who this might concern,
The following is to the highlight the excellent work
accomplished by our teacher from CompuEase
Learning Systems who was our instructor for the following
courses: Introduction to Windows 2000, Outlook 2000, Word
2000 and Excel 2000 the 24th and 25th of April as well as
the 6 and 7 May at the Canadian Museum of Civilization.
His high skills in the computer field, his easiness to
communicate the subject as well as his sense of humor and
his patience have been greatly appreciated and make of him
an excellent pedagogue. A great big thank you to have
assigned him to our courses, he has been great and we hope
to see him again in our future courses.
Sincerely,
L.C. Audio-Visual Archivist

Good morning,
I really wanted to thank my teacher for the outstanding
training I received in his care. It was unfortunately too
short but was so well explained in so little time.
Thanks again and you will see me very soon.

To who it may concern,
I hired a teacher from CompuEase recently for
a temporary project. She was responsible for coordinating
and delivering micro-computer training both group courses
and individual coaching sessions. I was extremely pleased
with her performance over this period. First of all, her
knowledge of a wide range of software is impressive as well
as her ability to quickly learn special applications that
the Bank employees were using for their work. Secondly, she
is strongly client-focused and went out of her way to
accommodate the availability and needs of the Bank staff.
Thirdly, she has very strong organization and planning
skills and took over the coordination of all aspects of the
micro-computer training including the development or
revision of manuals in both French and English.
In addition to these skills, she demonstrated very good
interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues and handling
sensitive situations with good judgment. She worked very
independently but also knew when to bring issues to my
attention. Finally, I want to mention the conscientious
manner that she approaches any task small or large and her
flexibility in adapting to unexpected changes.
I do not hesitate to recommend her for organizing and/or
delivering micro-computer training. It has been a pleasure
to work with her.
Sincerely,
J.O. Financial Institution
