OFFICE APPLICATION TRAINING
Instructor Led Training:
Registrants who wish to reschedule their course may do so at least 5 working days before the commencement of their course providing the course fee is paid within 30 days following the originally scheduled date of the course. Otherwise, a 20% surcharge is applicable. Notice of cancellation must be received by CompuEase at least 5 working days prior to the confirmed date to obtain a full refund. Notice received less than 5 working days prior to the course date is subject to a 20% service charge. If the notice is given within 48 hours of the course date, the course is non-refundable.

Guaranteed to run

All application courses are subject to CompuEase guaranteed to run policy, however technical courses are not Guaranteed unless indicated by *G* in the course calendar.

TECHNICAL COURSES
Instructor Led Training:
Cancellation notice of 10 (ten) business days is required to cancel a course without penalty.
Cancellation of less than 10 (ten) business days prior to the start of the course or non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the course cost.

GROUP TRAINING
Cancellation notice of 10 (ten) days is required to cancel a private course without penalty.
Cancellation of less than 10 (ten) days will result in a 100% of the private training.
Substitutions of enrolled students in scheduled classes are permitted prior to the class start on the first day. Our choice of instructor for any course is subject to change.

Please note that we may cancel, postpone or reschedule a course in our sole discretion, but if any available substitute dates are not suitable to you, you shall receive a full refund.

DEDICATED CLASSES
 Classes may be cancelled up to 14 business days prior to the class with no penalty. Cancellations within the 14 days will be assessed a 50% penalty.
All classes may be retaken without charge at any time, providing the student brings back the course materials, and the same version of the course is still being taught.
