Our Crystal Reports training classes are divided into 2 levels:

Level 1
Doesn’t everyone at some time need to extract output from their database? If that includes you, then our Crystal Reports Level 1 course is for you. In some cases, database programs have limited reporting tools, or those tools may not be accessible. You may or may not have programming or SQL experience, but you can learn to use Crystal Reports to get at all the data you need. You will learn to identify the elements of the Crystal Reports interface and then to create and modify a basic report. Then you’ll see how to make use of your data by using formulas to calculate and filter it, building and then enhancing your reports as you do so. You’ll be able to build parameterized reports with prompts and to group your data. You’ll be creating reports from data within your Excel workbooks and learning how to use Crystal Reports to distribute that data to your team. You will be empowered to explore reports interactively and to create compelling reports with stunning visualizations. You’ll also be able to save valuable time in designing your reports, which will allow you to devote more energy to getting on with what you really want to do – generating more data by being more productive.

Level 2
If you know how to create basic list and group reports but need to create more complex reports that include subreports, cross-tabs, advanced formulas, and charts based on more than one data series, then you want our Level 2 course. You will learn the skills you need to be able to build tools to make it easier for other people to create reports, without needing the corresponding programming and/or SQL experience that you might expect. This course will ensure that you’re ready to move ahead to create complex reports and data sources using Crystal Reports' tools. In this class, you'll not only learn how to create more sophisticated reports including subreports and cross-tabs, you'll also learn how to increase the speed and efficiency of your reports by using SQL statements and queries. Charts can be powerful aids in conveying your important facts and figures, and you’ll be learning all about creating and using different types of charts and their templates, as well as using geographic maps. We all know how important and impressive it is to be able to work smarter rather than harder. You’ll be learning to analyze and summarize data to make better decisions, and to import data from a wider variety of places.
